This is the first appassimento style wine made from partially dried grapes. 67% of the blend is made from dried Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% from undried Malbec and 11% from undried Merlot grapes, all estate grapes. It was aged 24 months in French oak barrels. 15.8% alc, 2.5 gr/lt residual Sugar, 800 bottles made. Every bottle is waxed on top and comes with a red velvet bag.
