The sun-soaked soils of our farm in the Four Mile Creek sub-appellation provides the ample nutrients needed to produce high quality fruit for winemaking. Generous exposure to sunlight throughout the day, combined with strong radiation cooling of the canopy air layer at night results in a high differential between day and night conditions supporting the development of deep colours, flavours and aromas in resulting wines. Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness to ensure the most complex flavours and aromas are extracted from the fruit during fermentation creating small lot premium wines. Wines are 100% hand-crafted, barrel aged and estate bottled in the heart of wine country.

This wine is our loving tribute to the ancient Hittite winemaking city in Anatolia, the birthplace of our winery owners. This rich, bold red blend is aged 12 months in both French and American Oak and made from 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc. 140 cases made.
2014 WIYANA WANDA
Wiyana Wanda means “Land of Wine” in the ancient Hittite language of central Anatolia, the birthplace of our winery’s owners. This rich, bold red blend is aged 24 months in French Oak and made from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc.
Barrel fermented and aged 12 months in French Oak, this Chardonnay is clean, bold and benefits from the warmer and longer growing season of this area. 125 cases made.

This is a ripe intensely dark coloured Pinot with aromas of dark cherries and raspberries, very rich but nicely balanced tannins alive on the palate. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate vineyard. 50 cases made.
